All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China. Final delivery is handled by trusted local partner carriers in your country. See below for more information on what a 3PL does.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the country of destination.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No hidden fees apply—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

No Customs Fees or Surprises

You will not be charged any customs duties or import taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the final price—no hidden costs on delivery.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
