All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China. Final delivery is handled by trusted local partner carriers in your country. See below for more information on what a 3PL does.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 3-14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the country of destination.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
